Skinning and Intake

Trophy animal is skinned, trophy cape prepared for transport or freezing, carcass is chilled.

Moose Skinning

$200

Cutting Rack: add $50.

Skin face for taxidermy: add $100.

Intake fee for Quartered Moose in Game Bags

$100

Moose is received and we attach wire identification tags to each game bag. Bags are moved into refrigerator or freezer for quick chilling. Please make sure game bags are clearly labeled if you want them washed and returned. 

European Mount

$950

Trophy is prepared for cleaning by Dermestes maculatus beetles. The flesh eating beetles will work to clean skulls quickly and efficiently for beautiful trophy mounts. Allow 10 months for the finished product. 

Moose Shoulder Mount

$2,900

Trophy is sent to a local licensed taxidermist for a shoulder mount. The taxidermist will contact you about positioning on the mount and collect down payment.


Standard Processing

Animal is cut in a conventional way yielding roasts, steaks, stew meat, and ground meat. The meat is vacuum packed for quick freezing.

Minimum Fee

Rate per pound - with Hide

$1.75

Rate times the hanging weight (field dressed – less offal) of the animal. (Moose field dressed weight runs 600 to over 1,000 pounds.) Bring your weight registered at the tagging station.

Rate Per Pound - Skinned and Quartered

Without head and hide. 


Custom Processing

We offer smoked and un-cooked loose sausage, sausage in casings, and jerky. Premium seasonings are used along with commercial grade grinding to deliver memorable treats from your hunt. The finished product is vacuumed packaged and frozen for long term storage.

Loose sausage

Five flavors: Breakfast, Sweet & Hot Italian, Maple, and Garlic. 

Un-cooked Link Sausage - Luncheon size

$15 - $20 per pound

Blueberry-apple-maple / Sun-dried tomato, basil, mozzarella / Italian - Sweet & Hot

Smoked Summer Sausage

$20-$25 per pound

Summer / Trail Bologna / Jalapeno / Pepperoni / High Temperature cheese may be added.

Jerky

$45 - per pound

Teriyaki (regular or sweet) / Siracha / Jalapeno
